The information you provide in your candidate profile is only used for the specific purpose of job consideration for the roles to which you are applying. You have control over which firms have access to your information, and can change the access level in the “Settings” menu of your Suited Account.

Instead, we share a summary of your responses in the form of a behavioral score representing how similar your patterns of behaviors are to high performers in their organization. We also provide additional information as to why the model has provided such a score and individual scores on each of the cognitive competencies that are measured. See below for an example (with mock data) of what firms see when they are considering your candidacy within the Suited platform.
