You have control over which firms have access to your information, and can change the access level in the “Settings” menu of your Suited Account.

Instead, we share a summary of your responses in the form of a behavioral score representing how similar your patterns of behaviors are to high performers in their organization. We also provide additional information as to why the model has provided such a score and individual scores on each of the cognitive competencies that are measured.
